I believe I read somewhere that the 9N and 2N do not
have pressurized radiator cap and the 8N does. Is this
true?? My father in law bought an aftermarket cap
and has had trouble ever since. When the engine heats
up to normal temp, the pressure finally overrides the
spring and it spews antifreeze all over the hood and operator.
Its kind of a violent eruption and seems very excessive to me.
The engine is not overheating. Just wondering if it has the
wrong/defective cap?
