When you raise the control arm with equipemnt attached, it does not begin to lift until 3 /4 of the way up. Then it will not stop until you put it all of the way down. or it reaches the top then it drops and bounces erratically. I took off the cover and the oil is clean, no wear on the cams or other parts. what should i do, any suggestions as to the cause?
