Rear Axle seal question

I've finally got around to breaking down the rear hub to inspect a leak. It appears whoever installed the last seal damaged the edge of axle seal which wore away the retaining collar which created two large gashes. The bearing seems to be in good shape which is the goods news ;)

My question is I bought Sure-Seals that would off gone over the outter collar. Do I have to purchase new collars or can I just use the Sure Seals over the new axle seal?
