I have a NAA tractor. Serial number NAA 3022 diamond. what year is this and would it make it a Golden Jubilee? The throttle is very touchy...goe from idle to fast in .25 inch sweep of lever. Is linkage arm wrong or is governor not working to buffer the throttle. Also what is the correct color for cowl and fenders? Thanks for the help, Jim.
