8N won't start

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a 1952 8N that died a few days ago. We have rebuilt and cleaned out the carb. Put it back on and now we can't get it to start. Put new spark plugs, plug wires, coil, distributor cap, rotor bug. Have been fighting with this for a couple days. If someone has some ideas be more than willing to try. Thanks.
