Jim, I had an overheat problem only when I mowed, which was surely using the cooling system to its max. I would have coolant out the overflow and the radiator cap.Not having had the tractor long, I ordered a water pump, hoses, thermostat and made an appt. to have the radiator boiled and flushed. When I disassembled the thing I found out that there was no thermostat in the thing at all. I probably could have just installed the thermostat and that would have fixed it. I replaced everything that I had ordered and boiled the radiator and I cant make the thing overheat now. just a thought.Tonebone.
