Could be rings or could be a bad plug (cold) wire. Before taking it apart I would start with the basics. Plugs, wires, rotor cap all a lot cheaper. Value could be anywhere from $2200.00 upto $3300.00 depending on body but with good rubber expect to pay closer to $3000.00
