Brake problem. Brakes are hanging up as tractor rolls. Had drums turned, new shoes, new axle bearings. There is enough interference in the brakes/drums that it will load up and then release the brakes making it sound like the rear end is broken. Pulled the drums and problem goes away. Dial indicated the axles, turned drums around and mounted them on backwards. Dial indicated the drums and only got about .025 run out on the face. Drum hangs up enough that the paint burned on the drum. Why are they hanging up, how do I fix this?
