I purchased a Kubota bx2400 w/ FEL and backhoe to use on 10 acres for basically the same thing. Have about 4 ac. grass to mow and the rest is a jungle.
The mower works real good for the lawn but I must say I'm disappointed with the tractor for everything else I use it for. It is far too small to really get any work done. Has only 23 hp to run the other components- really disappointed in the backhoe, it needs more snort to dig anything except a hole in dirt.
I'd suggest finding the largest tractor in your price range with the goodies you'll be using.
