At least you're starting out with the right tractor! Does the Kubota have an fel? If so then I'd opt out of the box blade for now and get the tiller. Tiller may not be all that practical for finishing work but I'm sure you'd find many other things it's useful for. If you can swing it money wise then by all means get both implements- one can never have enough accesories.
