Sounds like you already narrowed it down. Some people feel a local dealer with good service is the best bet. A thought, if you don't need a backhoe all the time, you could just rent one for the time it takes to do the project. Otherwise it would be a bother to remove it if you need to do mowing, etc.
Good luck, lots of used tractors around, just search the internet. SSB has tractors and contacts.
