I have the same problem with my Shibaura P21F. Both solenoids are bad for the three point hitch. I finally made a manual stick with a slider that engages the solenoids. This works but is not perfect. It does not provide me a draft control or a float position. If you have found any information as to how to "Electrically fix" your problems, I would appreciate you sending it along. I love the little tractor and would like to have it working right.
It also looks like maybe the joystick controls another cylinder on the lower control arms that would allow me to tilt a blade. It would be fantastic to have that working.
