HELP!!! My father-in-law has a power king tractor. He shut it off and it won't start anymore. I have just checked the points, set @.o14 and put a new spark plug-RH10-C and coil wire on it. It is getting gas to the carb. The only thing I haven't checked is the timing. I really don't know how. It is a K103--C57624--Spec 47178-- 12 hp.Kohler engine. The serial # of the tractor is X15454E Any info would be appreciated. Valves are working fine also. Thanks, Jerry
