WHEN ENGAGEING DECK WITH ELECT. PTO, MOWER DOES NOT ENGAGE AND MAKES SOUND LIKE SCREECHING. COULD THIS BE PTO ELECT. CLUTCH? HOW MUCH FOR REPLACEMENT?
