I know the governor on the front of the mower is failing after the motor warms up. It's not easy removing it. There are clutches etc. in front of the governor which need to be removed first. I haven't attempted it yet. It looks like quite a job. I am still yet to here from someone who has fixed there mower, but I guess the governor will need to be replaced. Please let me know how you get on.
