I have recently purchased a Ford 1920 with a 7108 loader.
The remote valve keeps kicking out of the float position. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I really hate to have to pull the valve assembly and send it out for repair.
Also when brakes are adjusted for free play per manual, the brakes lock up first time brake is used and sometimes even when it isn't used. The free play must be increased to 3 1/2 to 4 inches to stop brakes from locking up. Note the brakes had NEVER been adjusted as all nuts and rods still had factory paint in place.
Again any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I hesitate to pull the brake assembly out when I haven't a clue as to the possible cause.
Thanks, first time Ford owner
