Need advice on new compact tractor purchase

Anyone have any advice or suggestions for me on my 1st compact tractor purchase. I'm looking at the Massey Ferguson 2310 and the Kubota BX24 or BX23. Should I be looking at others? This tractor will be used around my home for a few years on some light projects and as a snow plow in the winter.
Any advice woul be helpful thank you.
