1993 j.d.755,have had alot of fuel [diesel]problems..dealer re-drained fuel tank+i refueled w new diesel.water in fuel was supposed to be problem..ran great for 2 weeks..now starving again for fuel,no matter where thottle possition is..puffs black smoke..is fuel injection pump a possible problem??thanks
