Randy, these are what they call "grey" tractors - units made and sold new usually to asain markets. If you google "grey tractors" should find a whole bunch of info.
They were manufactured frequently by the same people that make JD, MF, NH, and such, but were intended for original sale outside the US market. As such, they sometimes do NOT have the same features that their US breathren do - i.e. different pto rpm and ROPS. Somtimes parts are interchangable but frequently not. It depends on the make/model. Dealer support is the biggest factor in their upkeep.
That said, from what I've read, they are usually as reliable and capable as US sold models. As with even US "born & bred" models, there have been some horror stories where people have gotten stuck with a lemon. Again, good dealer support is a must to ensure parts availability.
