Hi,
I own a new Hercules and can say that apart from a couple of minor problems, this is a most reliable machine. What is a problem is the low life dealer who supplied it out of Vancouver, Wa. Because Consumer Protection is causing him trouble in Wa., he has moved the operation to Oregon. He has failed to produce any kind of waranty or support (as in parts) as was assured. There is no other Hercules dealer in the U.S. that I am aware of, so I am left unable to use this machine for need of a hydraulic pump gasket. (left side loader pump). If anyone out there can help I would be most greatfull. Robert
