Well you could buy a 20 h.p. nortrac for about 6,ooo,,,new,,, but you can't put a belly mower on it,,,,,,,I guess you have to start looking in ad pads,,,maybe go to a dealer or two,,,ask him where all the used tractors are,,,maybe a dealer could point you,,,might even have something,,,,used,is always complicated,,,just like buying a used car,,,only worse,,,,you should be able to get something with belly mower for 5,000,,you start wanting to find something with a belly mower,,backhoe,loader,,it gets hard,,,sounds like you want to use it to mow yard also,,,,might be better to just get a lawn mower,to mow yard,,then get a tractor,to do other stuff,,thingy
