I see what your talking about,in the manuel. I am building a press to take it apart. It has some shims between the idler and bearing retainer.I have the wheel off already. Is their cross referance bearings for the idler? If the bolts worked out on their own. Looks like the hole's would be striped out.That why I want to take it apart to inspect the bolt holes also. Have you herd of the bolts walking out before?
