My brother-in-law has a CA that I am tring to help him repair so now i am seeking help! His complaint are 1) would not pull a load & 2) lift is very slow when raiseing and very fast when lowering. I determined trouble with the final drive clutch because when you try to stall the tractor it will just stop but the pto and belt drive pulley will continue to turn. After dismantling i found the inside of the axle coated with old oil and grease. After cleaning all linings, bearings and such appear fine. My ??? on this is there anything special about re-assembly that i need to know, other than to replace the 2 seals? I don't have a manual and have been unable to find any breakdowns or diagrams on the net. On to the lift! this is the first AC i have worked on so i don't have any idea were to even begin checking, adjusting , or replacing anything on this tractor! Sorry for the long post and thanks to anyone with any suggestions that may help me help him. Mike
