Thanks Dave for the reply. I did look at a WC and WD. The WC didn't have hand clutch as I was told on phone. It did have a small rod/lever directly under steering wheel that neither I nor seller knew what it was. Tractor was not runable so couldn't try it. It came nearly vertical up from right side if trans and before diff.
