All WC's came with hand brakes as original equipment, there were aftermarket kits for foot brakes. My 1935 WC has a foot brake kit, I think it was from Tractor Supply Company but others made them too. The kit on my tractor leaves the hand brakes in place and working.

I have read that an aftermarket hand clutch kit was available for the WC but I've never seen one. The hand clutch was introduced on the WD io provide live PTO for operating the Roto Baler.

As for as I know the styled WC and WD sheet metal should interchange.

It's not uncommon that a WC may have foot brakes but if it has a hand clutch it would be unusual even a bit rare.

I have never heard of a differential lock on any W series tractor

Hope this helps.

Good Luck!
