You will probably have to remove the shoes.
Remove top brake cover and release springs and give it a try.
If now luck on the lower side of the transmission housing you will have to try to remove the brake shoe anchor pin. Not always a plesant job and then remove the shoes.
Remove front shoe first.
I think if you get the springs off you may be able to get it inside.
