Allis Chalmers HD 11EP s#1415X, unknown year. After working for 30 mins. transmission fluid starts to come out of connection of starter to bell housing. Possibilities clogged strainer in bell housing, venturi valve clogged, pressure relief valve is sticking. Any body have ideas? thanks
