Go to tractorshed.com and look on the left under serial numbers, you may find out what you have and what year, A WC had no hand clutch that I know of, a WD had a hand clutch on the right side forward of the brake petals. Also many other differences, but they look similar from a distance.
Anything running would be worth more than $250.
Quite possible a 49 WD but serial numbers will tell. Could also be a 1939 WC. an older tractor.
