How to remove starter??

Starter need to be removed and Identified. I can read part of stamp on starter... says 12V serial number 7L22. Could be more to serial number but that is all I can read.
HELP: How do I remove this? 2 screws on backside, one on side. Large bolt forward of where it meets transfer case. Which do I remove??
