I have WD45 4cylinder gas tractor that will not turn over all the time.It's restored so it's on 6V.I have rebuilt starter, generator and added a 8v battery. It acts like the battery is weak and will not turn the engine over more than 1 revolution. Sometimes it will crank fine others will not turn over. I have also checked the timming. could it be the distributor. Any suggestions.
