6140 diesel - Cranks wont start

Have a 6140 diesel tractor. It will crank but wont start. It smokes white while cranking. Removed the intake hose, thinking maybe filter plugged. No help. Removed injectors and pressured all cylinders. Held fairly good pressure. Anyone have any ideas?
