I have a couple of questions---
I replaced the sediment bulb, the gas line, plugs, battery and put fresh gas in and it turns over but won't start. I tried spraying starter fluid in the air cleaner cavity and that started it for only a few seconds then killed.
I am fairly new to working on tractors, learning from my Dad.
Also, as far as the battery is concerned, I don't know if the positive terminal or negative terminal should be connected to the post (negative ground).
I would appreciate any suggestions anybody would have to get the tractor started.
