What is the procedure to raise and lower my two arms on the rear of my WD. Does the lever with the chain attached on the left lower side have anything to do with this. On the steering wheel is a lever on the left side that moves quite stifly, is this part of the hydroulic system too? The arms will not lower by just hard pressure as i was told by one source.Thankyou in advance for any information about my tractor.
