My WD was doing same..I just opened up the high speed..(load) needle abt 1/4 turn. Helped a lot. Opened again abt another 1/8 turn it is lots better.
Another thing is flow of gas from the tank. Is there an obstruction in tank at outlet? I had a dang hornet's butt stuck in mine last summer. Or your filter at top of sediment bottle.
