Bob. You didn't say whether ir currently has a battery and charging system. If not, you will need a generator and all of the mounting brackets, different fan belt, battery, starter, battery box, wiring and a starter ring for the flywheel.
It is not hard to do. Splitting the tractor to install the starter ring will be the most difficult. Take a look in the hole where the starter mounts to see if it already has the ring on the flywheel on the off chance that it came prepped for starter.
