I have a 1952 - 1954 Allis Chalmers D15 that the moter is running fine and up to speed and the tractor will slow to a crawl, won't go up a little knoll in the yard without almost stopping. The moter nevcer misses a beat or drops in RPMs. Local tractor repair place had it and said that the fluid was low or that it had water in it and it was foaming. They replaced all fluids and it was fine for about 2 weeks, now it is at it again. I have checked and all fluids are topped off. Any help would be appreciated.
