I have A WC that has a Marvel Scheibler carb from a WD on it. It started running poorly last fall so I put a kit in the carb. I starts and idles fine, but when you increase the throttle nothing happens. All the linkage from the handle to the governor to the carb is hooked up and works. The only way to change the RPM is through the choke. It also looses power under load. Any ideas?
