Hello, I just bought a 1950 AC-B. The pump will lift, but I can not get it to go down. Maybe I am not working it correctly? Can anyone give me any information on proper use? The lever lifts, then drops back down, I can not figure out how to make it release the oil without taking the hose loose. Or, does this sound like I need to just get a replacement pump? THANKS
