Hello Warren,
Have you tried checking in frequently with www.ebay.com? I am always looking there for parts and manuals and have bought a few of each. A general Google search for that item should also produce some results. On Ebay many of the manuals are reproductions which did not bother me- I bought a repro first, then when an original surfaced, and as it was cheaper I thought what the heck?--and nabbed it.
I think I must have seen that specific manual on eBay- or it may have been combined in a manual for multiple model numbers. I did check Ebay just now and it did not turn up anything, but if you check in frequently enough one should certainly surface.
