I recently bought a WD in great condition. It ran great, started easy and worked just like I wanted it to. This past weekend, I was mowing with a finish mower and run under some trees. The muffler and exhaust pipe brushed on the limbs and leaves and then it started missing and wouldn't run after that. Is it possible that something got sucked into the exhaust manifold or could it be something else .. oh the muffler is now kind of loose. Oh and yes I'm a newby to tractors, farming and the mechanics. I have worked on some older cars so I have some experience but this has baffled me. Any help would be appreciated.
