You mention a disk. I assume this is a pull disk, and not mounted on the lift arms. Perhaps your hydralic is not set to lift a remote pull implement., There is an outlet just to the left of the seat post for a remote ram. Are hooked into that, if so, and still not lifting, let me know, and I will advise you of the pump settings for a remote lift ram operation.
