My hd-5 is about a 50's model i think,detroit engine,two cyln.the pinion(if thats what it's called)has (12)teeth,but all starters now have (11).if i find a starer that old it will not be any good and they cant be rebuilt.any sugestions other then scrap it, the engine is in good shape.
