Greg. You are missing some parts. There is a bar that mounts in front of the drawbar for the front of the plow to mount. This bar is adjustable by a lever that you will need that adjusts the draft of the plow. In other words in allows you to raise or lower the front of the plow to control depth. Sounds like you are missing several pieces of hardware.
