I have an old I-60 with a shuttle clutch that I only use for plowing snow in winter and grading the driveway in the summer. The 3 pth (blade) will not lift for at least 20 minutes after the tractor is started ... winter or summer. After that, it works great. The oil levels have been checked (full) and are not milky. Is there some internal filter than needs cleaning? Would there be o-rings that are overdue for replacement? I do have a shop manual, Form ISM 8, but there's no mention of this problem and suggested remedy. Can anyone offer any suggestions or assistance as to how I might correct this annoyance? Thanks in advance. Pleas email me directly at paradise@onlink.net.
