I have a WD 45 I am working on, I can not get the draft arms to go up and down. I am wondering what needs to be adjusted on the pump. I am thinking something is wrong with adjustment screws. Owner said he somehow disengaged the system so they would not go up or down. What needs to be done to get this back working again. The owner can't remember what he did to disengage the system.
