Just wondering if anyone can help me out with a question. The High/Low lever on my d-17 doesn't seem to do any thing. Is there something in the tramsmission that may have come loose that can be accesed from the top or will it require major work to repair? Also it jumps out of 3rd going down hills, is there any adjustment for this or does it also require major repairs?
