It seems they are playing both sides of the field, read this email...
"We have two options: more worn tractors that are sent to Vietnam for reconditioning to look & run as new as possible, or lower hour models shipped straight from Japan to the US. The Japan models are not painted or reconditioned. They are simply models that have less than 2000 original hours (in many cases less than 1000) and which are in good mechanical condition. The loaders, however, are still made in Vietnam and would arrive in a separate container. Same for ROPS, box blades, backhoes. We manufacture all of those items in Vietnam.
Just so you know, our reconditioned tractors have a much better track record than our straight used tractors. No warranty is offered on the used models. That should tell you something about our confidence in each."
