vn recons. They don't even handle parts themselves, they list other sellers on their website for parts. Look at the parts replacement procedure under warranty....for most things that don't require a core we simply send our customers the part(s) when they notify us. Of course, that may be easier for us as we seldom have to replace anything. Ask where the nearest distributor is for their V2 loader (hint...there are none). With the Koyker the customer knows there will always be parts available.
