I should be more clear, when I was in the market for a yanmar Rinehart is one dealer I contacted, he himself told me he owns a reconditioning plant in vietnam, and he advertised all his tractors about 10 years newer then they actually were. I know of people who purchased from him and haven't had a problem. but before you decide you need to research it, a simple search on this board or google for 'vn recon' will tell you all you need to decide. There are some dealers that import straight from japan and those tractors generally have low hours and only need cosmetic touch ups, Japanese exporters rate each tractor either A,B,C,D grade, A,B are in very good condition/low hours, C,D usually need major repair or sold as salvage, a majority of these machines end up in Vietnam and recieve a shady rebuild, mixed parts, new paint and new hour meter, then shipped to the states for sale. I personally decided to buy a good used original yanmar, I urge you to do the same.
