It's never lost RPM's really or bogged down It's just like it doesn't have the power in say 3rd low to go up a hill it had no problems with just this summer. It just slows down and then when it stops it stops. You then have to shift into a lower gear and start again. These aren't big hills either I'd say a 20-25' angle. With no attachments except a FEL.
